Dear addressed,

With this email we would like to introduce the Antwerp Medical Students' Congress, a yearly student-led congress held in the University Hospital of Antwerp (Belgium). This year, the eleventh edition will be held from the 13th until the 17th September in the theme of 'Medicine Under Pressure' or medicine in difficult circumstances.
The conference is aimed at all students studying in the field of medicine, biomedical sciences, pharmacy and nursery.

To make this congress a great succes we would like to invite students from all over Europe! Since we had difficult for us to find the right contact information, we were hoping you would be so kind as to forward this to the right persons within your organisation!

Concretely we were wondering if it is possible for you to send our promotional text (added at the end of this email) to the students of your faculty. Of course you would also help us along with sending us the right contact details if you can not help us any further.

We would like to thank you in advance for your help and your effort.

With kind regards,

Fien De Laet, Anton Geukens and Anna Ceelen
