Altfinator’s National Hubs
|
|
|
To support the local alternative finance ecosystem in
countries, Altfinator has developed the Altfinator Hub
model. Already in several countries in Europe, local
partners have adopted the Altfinator Hub in their own
country. These partners are startup/sme support networks
which are able to distribute and translate the training
materials from Altfinator and adapt them to the local
cultural situation.

subscribers!

The 2nd edition of the MOOC (Massive Online Open Course)

free of charge, has achieved a huge success with nearly
400 subscribers.

Estonian Bank invites private sector representatives to
join in on developing finance innovation
|
|
|
|
A dedicated working group was initiated in Estonia for the
development of finance innovation in the country. The
initiative invites selected intermediaries of
entrepreneurship and finance providers, including
traditional and alternative services, and public
institutions around the table twice a year.

Spain announces a regulatory sandbox for new financial services and products
|
|
|
|
On the 18th February the Spanish Government approved
an Act proposal regulating the setting of a national
sandbox for new financial services and products. It will
be ratified by the Parliament and enter in force in 2020.

A record high of investment attracted in Ukraine

Recent analysis revealed that Ukrainian tech startups
attracted a record high USD 544 mn of investment in 2019.
However, most of the funding is still coming from the
